Call for Contributions

We would like to invite all prospective participants to submit a poster or video to be presented at the workshop:

• Posters should be in A0 format in either portrait or landscape mode (841 x 1189mm / 33.1 x 46.8 in). Posters will be presented in special sessions during the workshop and will be preceded by a brief pitch talk. Selections will be based on originality, workshop relevance, contributions, clarity, and presentation.
  
• Videos should be less than 2 minutes in length, in MP4 format, and less than 20 MB. The content should be self-explanatory (narrated, subtitles) and will be shown during the fast-break video session. This session is intended to highlight works in progress and is an excellent opportunity to present your ongoing work and receive feedback from the participants.

All contributions will receive at least two reviews. Awards will be presented for the Best Poster and Best Video. These will be judged jointly by the organizers through their reviews and technical committee members on site.

• In-process inspection, repair, verification, and validation
• In-situ sensing and relative navigation algorithms
• Intelligent task planning and coordinated control
• Dexterous robot manipulators, robotic tools, and mating mechanisms
• Robotic locomotion including walking and sleds
• Modular/Cooperative servicing interfaces and systems
• Modular mechanical, power, and data interfaces
• Robotic assembly joining technology
• Deployable composite booms and flexible sheet materials
• Multi-robot/multi-agent cooperative systems or operations
